Breakfast ($6)

  • Overnight oatmeal- oats, skim milk, granola, chia seeds and berries
  • Yogurt parfait- Greek yogurt, honey, flax seeds and berries, topped with granola
  • Banana pancakes served with maple syrup
  • Frittata muffins (3 per order) choice of whole egg or egg whites

Option 1- spinach, red peppers and goat cheese

Option 2- ham and cheddar cheese

Option 3- mushroom, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese

Soup of the week

  • Chicken noodle soup  $8

Salads (pick one salad, one protein and one dressing) $12

  • Tomato bocconcini salad
  • Mixed bean salad with carrots, cucumbers, peppers, corn, and red onion
  • Greek salad with cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, peppers and feta
  • Arugula radicchio salad with shaved brussel sprouts, kale, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and goat cheese

Choice of proteins: balsamic chicken, lemon oregano chicken, roasted salmon or herb and garlic shrimp

Choice of dressing: lemon vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette or apple cider honey vinaigrette

Mains   ($16)

  • Honey mustard pork tenderloin topped with an apple chutney served with smashed sweet potatoes and roasted vegetables
  • Stuffed peppers with ground turkey, rice and vegetables
  • Herb and garlic quarter chicken served with roasted red skin potato and grilled vegetables
  • Pan seared salmon topped with an olive and caper white wine sauce served with barley pilaf and roasted brussel sprouts
  • Honey garlic shrimp with edamame brown rice served with garlic infused bok choy
