Breakfast $6

  • Overnight oatmeal- oats, skim milk, granola, chia seeds and berries
  • Yogurt parfait- Greek yogurt, honey, flax seeds and berries, topped with granola
  • Banana pancakes served with maple syrup
  • Frittata muffins (3 per order) choice of whole egg or egg whites

Option 1- spinach, red peppers and goat cheese

Option 2- ham and cheddar cheese

Option 3- mushroom, caramelized onions and Swiss cheese

Salads (pick one salad, one protein and one dressing) $12

  • Greek salad with cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, peppers and feta
  • Mediterranean quinoa salad with cucumber, olives, red pepper, red onion, feta
  • Kale and bean salad with cucumbers, peppers, carrots, and onions.
  • Spinach and radicchio salad with blueberries, sunflower seeds, walnuts, dried cranberries, and goat cheese

Choice of proteins: balsamic chicken, lemon oregano chicken, roasted salmon, or herb and garlic shrimp

Choice of dressing: lemon vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette or apple cider honey vinaigrette

Mains   $16

  • Honey garlic shrimp with a quinoa vegetable stir fry
  • Salsa Verde grilled chicken with grilled sweet potato and sautéed asparagus
  • Honey mustard grilled salmon with roasted cauliflower and green beans
  • Grilled steak with roasted potatoes and garlic broccoli
  • Pasta free lasagna – layered with eggplant, zucchini and turkey Bolognese served with green beans
