Breakfast $6

  • Overnight oatmeal oats, skim milk, granola, chia seeds and berries
  • Yogurt parfait Greek yogurt, honey, flax seeds and berries, topped with granola
  • Banana pancakes served with maple syrup
  • Frittata muffins (3 per order) choice of whole egg or egg whites

Option 1- spinach, red peppers and goat cheese

Option 2- ham and cheddar cheese

Option 3- mushroom, caramelized onions and swiss cheese

Lunch (see below for pricing)

Salads (pick one salad, one protein and one dressing) $12

  • Arugula, pumpkin seeds, beets and blue cheese
  • Cabbage and chickpea salad with carrots, scallions and peppers
  • Kale and bean salad with cucumbers, peppers, carrots, and onions.
  • Spinach and radicchio salad with blueberries, sunflower seeds, walnuts, dried cranberries, and goat cheese

Choice of proteins: herb and garlic chicken, roasted salmon, herb and garlic shrimp or grilled steak

Choice of dressing: lemon vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette or apple cider honey vinaigrette

Mains   $16

  • Honey garlic shrimp with a quinoa vegetable stir fry
  • Cajun basa with pineapple salsa, couscous and roasted sweet potato
  • Honey mustard grilled salmon with roasted cauliflower and green beans
  • BBQ glazed quarter chicken dinner with cabbage and roasted vegetables
  • Salsa verde grilled veal chop with roasted potatoes and asparagus
