Breakfast $6

  • Overnight oatmeal- oats, skim milk, granola, chia seeds and berries
  • Yogurt parfait- greek yogurt, honey, flax seeds and berries, topped with granola
  • Banana pancakes served with maple syrup
  • Fruit bowl- mixed fresh and seasonal fruits
  • Two egg omelettes choice of whole egg or egg whites

Option 1- spinach, red peppers and goat cheese

Option 2- ham and cheddar cheese

Option 3- mushroom, caramelized onions and swiss cheese

Salads (pick one salad, one protein and one dressing) $12

  • Spinach salad with strawberries, blueberries, goat cheese and pecans
  • Greek salad with cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, peppers, red onion and feta
  • Kale and chickpea salad with cucumbers, peppers, carrots, and onions.
  • Roasted vegetable barley salad

Choice of proteins: herb and garlic chicken, roasted salmon, herb and garlic shrimp or grilled steak

Choice of dressing: lemon vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette or apple cider honey vinaigrette

Mains   $16

  • Teriyaki salmon with bok choy and quinoa stir fry
  • Turkey shepherd’s pie with potato, cauliflower, and vegetables served with broccoli
  • Chicken breast stuffed with roasted red peppers, spinach and goat cheese served with roasted vegetables and long grain rice
  • Lemon baked basa with a pineapple salsa served with lentils and roasted vegetables
  • Spice rubbed striploin steak served with grilled sweet potato and grilled vegetables
