Breakfast $6

  • Overnight oatmeal- oats, skim milk, granola, chia seeds and berries
  • Yogurt parfait- greek yogurt, honey, flax seeds and berries, topped with granola
  • Banana pancakes served with maple syrup
  • Fruit bowl- mixed fresh and seasonal fruits
  • Two egg omelettes choice of whole egg or egg whites

Option 1- spinach, red peppers and goat cheese

Option 2- ham and cheddar cheese

Option 3- mushroom, caramelized onions and swiss cheese

Salads (pick one salad, one protein and one dressing) $12

  • BBQ chicken salad, corn, black beans, tomatoes, crispy tortillas, peppers, avocado
  • Iceberg salad with tomatoes, blue cheese, turkey bacon and avocado
  • Green and yellow bean salad, tomatoes, red onion and peppers
  • whole wheat pesto pasta salad with roasted red peppers, arugula, mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes

Choice of proteins: herb and garlic chicken, roasted salmon or herb and garlic shrimp

Choice of dressing: lemon vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette or grainy dijon mustard vinaigrette

Mains   $16

  • Chicken breast stuffed with roasted red peppers, spinach and goat cheese served with roasted vegetables and long grain rice
  • Grilled Chicken skewer with pineapple red onion and peppers served with warm orzo salad and grilled asparagus
  • Chili lime salmon with avocado tomato salsa served with broccoli and quinoa
  • Grilled Cajun shrimp, grilled corn, grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes
  • Portobello mushroom stuffed with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella served with roasted cauliflower and cous cous
