Breakfast $6

• Overnight oatmeal- oats, skim milk, granola, chia seeds and berries
• Yogurt parfait- greek yogurt, honey, flax seeds and berries, topped with granola
• Banana pancakes served with maple syrup
• Fruit bowl- mixed fresh and seasonal fruits
• Two egg omelettes choice of whole egg or egg whites
Option 1- spinach, red peppers and goat cheese

Option 2- ham and cheddar cheese

Option 3- mushroom, caramelized onions and swiss cheese

Lunch (see below for pricing)

Salads $12

(pick one salad, one protein and one dressing)

• Radicchio arugula salad with red onion, peppers, goat cheese and roasted Portobello mushrooms
• Panzanella salad- tomatoes, peppers, red onion, cucumbers and croutons
• Mediterranean quinoa salad with cucumber, olives, red pepper, red onion, feta
• Spinach salad with strawberries, blueberries, goat cheese and pecans
Choice of proteins: herb and garlic chicken, roasted salmon or herb and garlic shrimp

Choice of dressing: lemon vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette or grainy dijon mustard vinaigrette

Mains $16

• Spaghetti and meatballs (choice of pasta or zucchini noodles)
• Grilled beef skewer with red onion and peppers served with grilled sweet potato and asparagus
• Honey mustard salmon served with brussel sprouts and cous cous
• pesto shrimp with quinoa, mixed vegetables and served with broccoli
• roasted herb and garlic chicken breast, white bean tomato ragu, roasted brussel sprouts
