Breakfast $6

  • Overnight oatmeal- oats, skim milk, granola, chia seeds and berries
  • Yogurt parfait- greek yogurt, honey, flax seeds and berries, topped with granola
  • Banana pancakes served with maple syrup
  • Chai seed pudding with fresh fruit and walnuts
  • Fruit bowl- mixed fresh and seasonal fruits
  • 2 scrambled eggs, turkey bacon and roasted potatoes
  • Two egg omelettes choice of whole egg or egg whites

Option 1- spinach, red peppers and goat cheese

Option 2- ham and cheddar cheese

Option 3- mushroom, caramelized onions and swiss cheese

Salads (pick one salad, one protein and one dressing) $12

·        Radicchio arugula salad with red onion, peppers, goat cheese and roasted Portobello mushrooms  

·        Mixed bean salad with corn, cucumbers, peppers, carrots and red onion

·        Greek salad with olives, feta, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes and red onion

·        Spinach salad with pears, beets, walnuts and goat cheese

·        Grilled vegetable and kale quinoa salad

Choice of proteins: herb and garlic chicken, roasted salmon or herb and garlic shrimp

Choice of dressing: lemon vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette or grainy dijon mustard vinaigrette

Mains   $16

·        Salmon skewer with red onion and peppers served with brown rice pilaf and broccoli

·        Cajun basa with pineapple salsa served with cous cous and green beans

·        Greek quarter chicken dinner served with wild rice, lemon potatoes and tzatziki

·        Pasta free lasagna with turkey Bolognese  

·        Honey garlic shrimp quinoa stirfry served with bok choy
