Breakfast $6

  • Overnight oatmeal- oats, skim milk, granola, chia seeds and berries
  • Yogurt parfait- greek yogurt, honey, flax seeds and berries, topped with granola
  • Banana pancakes served with maple syrup
  • Chai seed pudding with fresh fruit and walnuts
  • Fruit bowl- mixed fresh and seasonal fruits
  • 2 scrambled eggs, turkey bacon and roasted potatoes
  • Two egg omelettes choice of whole egg or egg whites

Option 1- spinach, red peppers and goat cheese

Option 2- ham and cheddar cheese

Option 3- mushroom, caramelized onions and swiss cheese

Salads (pick one salad, one protein and one dressing) $12

  • Kale broccoli Caesar salad with croutons and cherry tomatoes
  • Mixed bean salad with corn, cucumbers, peppers, carrots and red onion
  • Southwestern chopped salad (black beans, cherry tomatoes, peppers, corn and green onion) with a cilantro dressing  
  • Spinach salad with oranges, goat cheese, beets and sliced almonds
  • Grilled vegetable and kale quinoa salad

Choice of proteins: herb and garlic chicken, roasted salmon or herb and garlic shrimp

Choice of dressing: lemon vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette or grainy dijon mustard vinaigrette

Mains   $16

  • Salmon skewer with red onion and peppers served with lentils and swiss chard
  • Basa in a white wine tomato sauce served with cous cous and asparagus
  • Souvlaki chicken dinner served with brown rice pilaf, tzatziki and broccoli  
  • Pasta free lasagna with turkey Bolognese  
  • Cajun shrimp with asparagus and corn on the cob
