Breakfast $6

  • Overnight oatmeal- oats, skim milk, granola, chia seeds and berries
  • Yogurt parfait- Greek yogurt, honey, flax seeds and berries, topped with granola
  • Banana pancakes served with maple syrup
  • Chai seed pudding with fresh fruit and walnuts
  • Fruit bowl- mixed fresh and seasonal fruits
  • 2 scrambled eggs, turkey bacon and roasted potatoes
  • Two egg omelettes choice of whole egg or egg whites

Option 1- spinach, red peppers and goat cheese

Option 2- ham and cheddar cheese

Option 3- mushroom, caramelized onions and swiss cheese

Salads (pick one salad, one protein and one dressing) $12

  • Grilled vegetable and cous cous salad topped with feta
  • Spinach salad with blueberries, strawberries, goat chees and walnuts
  • Greek salad with cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, peppers and feta
  • Arugula radicchio salad with shaved brussel sprouts, kale, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and goat cheese

Choice of proteins: herb and garlic chicken, roasted salmon or herb and garlic shrimp

Choice of dressing: lemon vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette or grainy dijon mustard vinaigrette

Mains   $16

  • Pesto shrimp skewer with peppers and onions served with cous cous and roasted butternut squash
  • Chicken breast stuffed with spinach, roasted red peppers and goat cheese served with wild rice and broccoli
  • Warm bruschetta salmon served with mixed sautéed vegetables and barley pilaf
  • Lemon basa with pineapple salsa served with couscous and swiss chard
  • Spaghetti squash noodles served with a turkey bolognese sauce
